How to place an order?
  • During the season (May-Oct) orders will be shipped from the gallery in 3-5 days.
  • Off-season (Nov-April) orders will be drop-shipped by the artist, delivery date approximately 2 - 6 weeks as shown on the website, depending on item(s) ordered.

Special / Custom Orders
Some artists accept Special Order/ Custom Order. Feel free to contact us with inquiries for a specific artist. There is no charge for inquiries. However, there may be an extra charge by the artisan for custom work.
 
Special Orders or custom work requires a 50% deposit which is not refundable.
The balance plus shipping would be charged when item is shipped. 
 
Special order/ custom order = Final Sale (not refundable)

Sale Items = Final Sale (not refundable) 
Return Policy
We regret that we cannot offer refunds, but are happy to extend gallery credit within 15 days of purchase.
 
Exchanges must be accompanied by a sales receipt, and a restock fee of 5% may apply. Merchandise must be returned in good condition.
 
You are responsible for the shipping costs to & from Eclipse unless in the unlikely event there is a previously undetected defect in the piece. In this case, it's on us.

We are shipping within the US for online purchases only. Please contact us for international orders, we will be glad to personally assist you.
We ship UPS Ground, unless otherwise stated. Fully insured. Click to see below the Time In Transit Map.   We also offer Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day delivery options. Contact us about your needs.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are estimated based on standard UPS rates.
  • Address : No P.O. Boxes, please provide your complete address information with your order.
  • What if damage occurs? Keep all original packing material & repack damaged item, taping box closed. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery to report any damage, otherwise we cannot honor your claim.
  • International Shipping Contact us for details..Any customs, taxes, import duties, or any other applicable charges are your responsibility.
